Scope of Evaluation Services

I offer comprehensive psychological evaluations to clarify diagnoses of neurodevelopmental disorders, including Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder and Autism Spectrum Disorder, in adolescents and adults over the age of 15. Results of my neurodivergence evaluations are designed to provide personal diagnostic clarity, increase self-understanding, inform life-planning, and, when applicable, indicate treatment(s) and/or accommodation(s) that may be beneficial. They are not intended for forensic/legal purposes, including but not limited to benefits eligibility, conservatorship or competency hearings, custody evaluations, and other legal proceedings.

Telehealth Services

All evaluation appointments are conducted remotely through HIPAA-compliant Google Meet videoconferencing sessions. Evaluation measures are sent by email via secure links. Participation requires the use of a device with a functional camera and microphone, internet service, and email access.

Location Requirements

I am a Licensed Psychologist in the state of Michigan and have been granted Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology by the PSYPACT Commission. During all evaluation sessions, you must be physically located in Michigan or another of the following PSYPACT-participating U.S. states/territories: AL, AZ, AR, CO, CNMI, CT, DE, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, ME, MD, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY.

Investment

The cost of a Comprehensive Adult Neurodivergence Evaluation is $4,000*. Payment is required prior to scheduling your evaluation intake appointment. Payment plans are available upon request.

* Additional charges apply under certain circumstances, which may include but are not limited to situations in which one’s personal and/or psychiatric history is exceptionally complex, several diagnoses require clarification, self-report measures must be administered directly, collateral information from others is needed, testing is not completed within a standard timeframe, and/or when expedited results are requested.

Insurance

I do not bill or accept payment from insurance companies. If your insurance policy includes reimbursement for services from out-of-network providers, they may require a detailed invoice (known as a “superbill”), which I will gladly provide to you after your evaluation is complete.
